Parents' and Friends' Forum (PFF)

PFF Aims and Objectives

The Knox School Parents’ and Friends’ Forum’s main aims are:

A means of promoting fellowship, service and mutual assistance among members;

To promote and encourage continued dialogue between the parents and friends and the rest of the School Community;

To promote the welfare of The Knox School through:

Business support;

Parent and friends assistance in School activities;

To host parents and friends social functions

The PFF is not intended and should not stray into the area of responsibility or be confused with the School Board, the School Council or the Old Knox Alumni. The PFF is not intended to be and should not be used as a forum for raising issues concerning individual staff or students.

Meetings 2009

The PFF will meet on the following dates for the remainder of 2009.

26 November

Plans are under way to have an evening's discussion on the very important topic of Cyber Bullying. This is an evening that every parent should attend. Its effects appear in the news almost daily and it is something which may affect every family at some time in a student's life. Watch for more details.

Meetings take place in a relaxed, informal atmosphere commencing at 7pm (please email Barrye Dickinson at dicb@knox.vic.edu.au or phone 8805 3800 for venue confirmation). All parents are very welcome.
