We have a vacancy for a Commerce and Humanities Secondary Teacher
Commencing February 2020 for a 1 Year Fixed Term Role with possible ongoing employment
FTE 0.6 to 1.0 – Dependent on Candidate

The Role

  • Able to develop a stimulating and engaging learning environment to teach a combination of: Economics, Accounting or Business Management curriculum to VCE Level.
  • Use of a variety of assessment tasks for students to experience success and accurately gauge understanding and skill development.
  • Plan collaboratively with Colleagues.
  • Discuss individual performance with Students and Parents.
  • The role reports to the Head of The Humanities.

 The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be VIT qualified.
  • Capacity to teach curriculum to VCE level.
  • A love of Teaching and genuine appreciation for their subject area.
  • Proven track record that embraces modern teaching methods and technology.
  • The successful candidate is expected to support the vision and ethos of the School.

  • Must be VIT qualified.
