Before and After School Care

 

The Knox School’s Before and After School Care Program is managed by Camp Australia, a well recognised leader in this field. The program is available on a casual or permanent basis to students from Pre-Prep to Year 6. Supervised by qualified and experienced staff, the program provides a safe environment where children interact in a relaxed atmosphere with time for free play, organised activities or an opportunity to complete homework set in class.

All students involved in the program need to be registered with Camp Australia and forms are available from the Junior School Office on 8805 3800, Camp Australia on 8851 4100 or the Program Co-ordinator on 0412 801 010.

Child Care Tax Rebate Camp Australia is an approved child care provider and therefore families are eligible for a Child Care Tax rebate. The Australian Government Child Care Tax Rebate payment to families is up to 50%.   Families can receive up to $7500 a year for each child.  The Child Care Tax rebate will be paid quarterly or as an annual lump sum payment. Holiday Program

A regular school Holiday Program operates for students aged 5 to 12. A wide variety of enjoyable and educational activities are incorporated into the Program which operates from 8.00am until 6.00pm for two weeks of each holiday break. 

 

Families eligible for Childcare Benefit should register with Centrelink on 13 61 50.
