Prep Students Celebrate 100 Days of Learning
The Prep students had a fantastic time celebrating their 100 Days of Learning on 4 August, marking the 100th day of school for our youngest learners. This milestone was more than just another day, it was an opportunity to reflect on their journey so far, celebrate their achievements and set goals for the future.
In keeping with our phonics program, Little Learners Love Literacy, students arrived dressed as their favourite characters from the program. The colourful costumes created a joyful buzz in the air and highlighted the strong connection between literacy and a love of learning.
The day was filled with activities designed to reinforce a positive attitude towards learning, build pride and confidence, and acknowledge just how much our Preps have grown in 100 days. From making “100” badges and crowns to enjoying face painting and hands-on crafts, every moment was packed with fun and creativity.
A highlight of the celebration was welcoming our buddies to join in a special 100 Days Activity Booklet, fostering connections between year levels and encouraging collaboration. The festivities continued in the auditorium, where each student proudly received a 100 Days Certificate in a special ceremony, followed by an energetic mini dance party.
Throughout the day, visitors from across the School popped in to share in the excitement and congratulate our students. It was a celebration of learning in its purest form, acknowledging achievements, inspiring motivation and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
We are incredibly proud of every Prep student. What an amazing 100 days of growth, joy and discovery.
