Steps to enrol
Read the Prospectus
Complete the enrolment form
Complete an Overseas Application Form and submit it to our School with the required documentation and enrolment fee to lodge the application. You can email our Enrolment Assistant if you have any questions: International@knox.vic.edu.au
Attend interviews
Before your child is offered a place, you will be invited to attend interviews with the Head of International Students and relevant Head of School. The interviews provide an opportunity for us to get to know the student, the family and to assess the capability and suitability of the student to study with us.
Offer to enrol
Following your interviews, if your application is approved, The Knox School will issue a Letter of Offer together with Acceptance of Offer/Written Agreement.
Enrolment acceptance
TKS and/or your local representative will advise you from this point onwards to complete all formalities to obtain a student visa, including payment of school fees, arrangement of CAAW (if applicable) and local support provider (if applicable) and purchase of OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover).
Issue of eCoE
The electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will be issued to the agent/yourself to finalise the visa application.
