The sense of community at The Knox School is one of the many reasons parents decide to send their children to our School.
From the moment your child walks through our doors, they become an integral part of this community, along with your family.
It is a place where you will always belong.
Whether you are a current or former student, parent, Falconian, or staff member, your connection to our school is valued highly.
There are so many ways you can become involved in the School community – from volunteering, attending events, becoming a class representative or joining the Falcon Philanthropy Group.
We welcome and invite you to do so. Our community is richer for your involvement.Get involved
Falcon Philanthropy Group
The School, with the support of the Principal and Board, established the Falcon Philanthropy Group (FPG) to foster and maintain relationships in our school community.
The FPG is empowered to carefully and strategically create the appropriate atmosphere to enable a lasting community culture to flourish.
The FPG has about 20 members including current parents, staff, Principal, alumni and former staff who are actively engaged in our subgroups.
- Parent Engagement Group, focused on strengthening relationships between our current families and special working parties.
- Falconian Engagement Group, focused on connecting with Alumni
- Class Representatives which work to connect current families across each year level
- Benefits and Resources Group, focused on establishing and endowing honours

Message from the FPG Chair
The TKS Community is rich and varied. If you are a Falconian, former or current staff member, parent past or present, or a current student – you are, and always will be, part of our community.
The unique nature of our school, our welcoming culture and strong values, means that no matter when or how you were connected, you are connected – and that is what is important. Every one of us is special and every one of us belongs.
I am proud to be part of the TKS community and to work with a special group called the FPG.
This group exists to foster and maintain relationships with all members of our community. From reunions, to welcome nights, to archiving groups and large scale events like those you will see in the 40th year in 2022 – we aim to keep everyone connected in their own way.
We welcome any member of our community to join or support the FPG’s programs and events. New ideas are always welcome.
As we approach 2022 and the School’s 40th year, I couldn’t be more PROUD TO BELONG to this special and wonderful community.
If you would like to be involved or hear more about the FPG’s work please email us: email@example.com
