This week, we proudly opened our doors and welcomed families into the heart of our Early Learning Centre, offering a special opportunity to experience what makes our approach so unique.

Through our Stay and Play sessions, parents stepped into their child’s world – witnessing firsthand the creativity, curiosity and connections that shape each day in our learning spaces.

But these sessions are more than just an observation – they’re about meaningful participation. Parents joined in the same hands-on, play-based learning experiences that help our children grow in confidence, independence, and joy. It’s a powerful way to strengthen the bridge between home and school, and to foster deeper partnerships in each child’s educational journey.

As our ELC Coordinator, Tina Cimino, reflected:

We’re proud to showcase not only what we do, but why we do it – and how, by working together, we can give every child the best possible start.

Our Early Learning team extends heartfelt thanks to all the families who joined us. It was truly a joy to see you engaging with your children’s learning environments and nurturing their daily experiences. Your involvement – through play, conversation and connection – enriches our community and helps elevate the learning journey for everyone.

It was a joy for staff to share a window into each child’s daily learning journey – full of wonder, growth and connection. The Early Learning Team is grateful for the ongoing support of families and the important role they play in enriching the learning environment.
