A Taste of Knox – On Sale at the Twilight Festival

We are delighted to share that A Taste of Knox, our student-created community cookbook, will be available for purchase at the Twilight Festival next week for $10. 

This unique collection of recipes captures more than just food. It tells the stories of our students, their cultures, families, memories and the meaningful moments that bring people together around the table. Each page offers a glimpse into the lives of the young creators who contributed their favourite dishes and the stories behind them. 

All proceeds from the cookbook will support Eastern Food Rescue, a local organisation that collects surplus fresh food and redistributes it to people in need. Our students chose this charity because its mission reflects our shared belief that everyone deserves access to good food, and that reducing food waste strengthens our community.
