The Knox School is proud to feature in a new world-wide publication, ‘The Commonwealth at 75’. Produced by publisher St James’ House in partnership with The History of Parliament Trust – one of the most authoritative academic projects in British history – this publication marks the 75th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Nations. This book is widely recognised as bringing together a huge array of organisations that are doing amazing work across multiple countries, showcasing the breadth and power of diversity that this community of countries represents. It also highlights examples of achievement and progress from across social, technological, commercial and cultural spheres.

Read all about how The Knox School in Melbourne, under the leadership of Principal Nikki Kirkup, empowers students to take initiative and make a difference in their community. One notable example is the opening of our new outdoor gym, a project driven entirely by our students. Over two years, they raised funds, designed and installed equipment made from recycled plastic, demonstrating the School’s ethos of student leadership and impact. Our profile also explores how our values of resilience, responsibility and empathy help shape future leaders, encouraging students to contribute both locally and globally.
