The Knox School was proud to host the Tilly Aston Community Awards for the first time on Saturday 12 September, welcoming members of the local community to celebrate individuals and teams making a positive impact through leadership, service, education and achievement. Held within the Aston electorate, the Awards recognise people whose contributions help strengthen and enrich the community.
We were especially delighted that every TKS nomination submitted this year was selected as a finalist, reflecting the breadth of talent, dedication and community spirit across our School.
Congratulations to our finalists:
Teacher of the Year Finalist: Chris Hilton
Sporting Champions Finalists: TKS Year 8/9 Boys Basketball A Team
Outstanding Young Achiever (Under 35) Finalists: Aurelia C (Year 11), Max W (Year 12) and Lily G (Year 9)
While our finalists did not take home the category awards on the day, being recognised as a finalist is a significant achievement in itself. We congratulate Chris, the Year 8/9 Boys Basketball A Team, Aurelia, Max and Lily on this well-deserved recognition. Their commitment, leadership and positive contribution continue to make a meaningful impact at The Knox School and within the wider community.
