We are excited to share that The Knox School has been selected as one of only 19 other Australian schools to participate in the ASEAN-Australia BRIDGE Program.
The ASEAN-Australia BRIDGE Program is an initiative of the ASEAN-Australia Centre at the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and is being implemented by Asialink Education (formerly the Asia Education Foundation) at the University of Melbourne. Schools were chosen through a competitive selection process and join a prestigious network of over 1,200 schools that have participated in BRIDGE programs across the Asia-Pacific region since 2008.
A flagship initiative of the Centre, the BRIDGE Program fosters meaningful, long-term connections between schools in Australia and Southeast Asia, strengthening people-to-people partnerships that extend beyond national borders.
Building Global Connections
The primary aim of the BRIDGE Program is to cultivate lasting relationships between primary and secondary schools in Australia and Southeast Asia. Through collaboration, educators and students gain valuable insights into different cultures, enhance their intercultural communication skills and deepen regional ties.
